Workplace Nutrition & Wellbeing Programs
With Australians spending about one third of their lives at work, effective workplace health programs have been shown to improve the health and wellbeing of employees and facilitate organisational changes, such as reduced absenteeism and increased productivity.˜
Motivate Nutrition provides employees with the skills and confidence to boost their health, performance and productivity in the workplace.
Helping people identify their personal nutrition challenges and barriers is the first step. We then support them to make sustainable changes in their nutrition behaviour that fits in with their work and home lives.
Our programs are delivered onsite and are specially tailored to suit each organisation and varied work roles including:

Physically active occupations e.g. in construction, plumbing, transport and logistics

Office jobs, from administrators through to managers/team leaders

Shift work/rotating rosters e.g. doctors, nurses, security guards, train drivers

On-the-go roles – travelling by car or planes eg. real estate agents, executives, salespeople
Group dynamics
The benefits of joining others to set and tackle goals cannot be underestimated. Anyone can download healthy eating tips from the internet but it is through a real connection with other people – sharing common experiences and challenges – where sustainable change often occurs. To maintain and boost participant engagement, our programs are capped at 30 participants.
